Client: A solid-wood dining set factory in Zhejiang
Cargo: Ash-wood dining table sets
POD: Los Angeles, USA
Partnership: 2023–present

Client concerns:
1. Wood fumigation
Wood packaging sometimes missed the IPPC mark, or fumigation certificates expired, leading to CBP refusal.
2. Clearance documents
MDF components in accessories were once undeclared and the shipment was held.
3. Last-mile delivery
Missed retailer warehouse appointments generated detention of tens to hundreds of dollars per hour.
